Riyal Threads Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase from Riyal Threads. While we hope its everything you expected we understand that sometimes preferences change. If that happens, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

You have 3 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange via email.

✅ Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached. 

• Purchased through our website Riyalthreads.com

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if any tags are removed or the item shows signs of wear or damage.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges, subject to the same conditions listed above.
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color:

• Submit a return request

• Once approved, ship the original item back

• We’ll issue a store credit or exchange once the return is received and inspected

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees

• We do not provide prepaid return labels unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect

Final Sale Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Sale items

• Items purchased at in person events.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours at riyalthreads@yahoo.com so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
(Please allow time for your bank to process the refund.)
